Dashboard sections
Today's KPIs
Four summary cards show today’s total revenue (in soles), the number of sales transactions completed, the average ticket value, and the count of products at or below their minimum stock threshold.
Weekly sales chart
A bar chart displays the total sales amount for each of the last seven days. The current day is highlighted so you can compare today’s performance against the rest of the week at a glance.
Low-stock alerts
Products whose current stock has fallen below the configured minimum threshold are listed here. Use this panel to prioritize restocking before a product runs out entirely.
Recent vouchers
The most recently issued boletas and facturas appear in a compact list with the client name, voucher number, date/time, and total. Click through to Comprobantes for the full history.
KPI cards explained
| KPI | What it means |
|---|---|
| Ventas Hoy | Number of individual sales transactions completed today. |
| Ingresos Hoy | Total revenue collected today, expressed in soles (S/.). |
| Ticket Promedio | Average sale value today (total revenue divided by number of sales). |
| Productos Stock Crítico | Count of products where current stock is at or below the configured minimum threshold. |
All KPIs reflect the state of the database at the moment the page loads. Refresh the browser to see the latest figures after recording a new sale.
Quick action
A Nueva Venta button in the top-right corner of the Dashboard takes you directly to/nueva-venta so you can start recording a sale without leaving the overview screen.
