Log in to CitaBox
Navigate to your clinic’s CitaBox URL and sign in with your staff credentials. Your administrator will have invited you and assigned your role.
Choose your clinic
If you belong to multiple clinics, select the one you want to work in. CitaBox remembers your last selection.
Explore your dashboard
Your dashboard is tailored to your role — administrators see KPIs and revenue, receptionists see today’s queue, and doctors see their schedule.
CitaBox is designed for clinics based in Costa Rica. Payment methods, invoice formats, and tax integrations are configured for the Costa Rican market.
