La Oficina Nítida is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that replaces spreadsheets and disconnected tools with a single, focused workspace. Manage employment contracts individually or in bulk, organize digital employee files, track expiration alerts, and issue electronic invoices — all without the complexity of a traditional ERP.

What La Oficina Nítida does

La Oficina Nítida is purpose-built for organizations that manage large volumes of employment contracts — especially Colombian educational operators with multiple campuses and seasonal hiring cycles. Instead of generating contracts in Word and tracking renewals in Excel, your team gets a structured, auditable system from day one.

Employees

CRUD, Excel bulk import (up to 500 rows), Colombian labor fields, and multi-branch assignment.

Contracts

Individual and bulk contract creation with full lifecycle management and state transitions.

Document Templates

Upload DOCX templates with dynamic variables. Generate PDFs individually or by batch.

Digital Files

Per-employee digital file (expediente) with category-based document organization and cloud storage.

Get started in four steps

Register your organization

Create a tenant account at /auth/register. Each organization is fully isolated — your data never mixes with other tenants. See the registration endpoint for the required fields.

Configure your branches

Add your sedes (campuses / branches) so employees and contracts can be linked to the right location. Municipalities are validated against the official DANE catalog. See Branches.

Import or create employees

Add employees one by one or bulk-import from an Excel template. The platform enforces the Colombian labor model — four name fields, typed document IDs (CC, CE, NIT, PEP, PPT), and optional sede assignment. See Employees.

Generate contracts and go live

Upload a DOCX template, map dynamic variables, and generate individual or batch contracts as PDFs. Set up alerts to track expiring contracts automatically. See Contracts.
La Oficina Nítida is not an accounting or ERP system. Accounting continues in your existing platform (Siigo, World Office, Helisa, etc.). The platform handles labor management and electronic invoicing without replacing your general ledger.
