OxygenDispatch is a full-stack web application built for medical gas distributors. It tracks every oxygen cylinder from the moment it arrives in a batch through technical inspection, warehouse staging, and final dispatch to clients — with a complete audit trail at every step.

What OxygenDispatch does

OxygenDispatch manages the full lifecycle of medical gas cylinders (tanks) for distributors:
1

Receive a batch

Register incoming cylinder shipments as Batches with supplier info, voucher data, and auto-generated serial numbers. Each batch can contain up to 5,000 tank units.
2

Inspect and approve

Run a Technical Reception checklist covering documentary review, certificates of analysis, and physical inspection. Approve or reject individual tanks with anomaly tracking.
3

Manage inventory

Transfer tanks between Warehouse Areas (Reception → Quarantine → Approved Products → Returns) and track every movement in the full audit log.
4

Dispatch to clients

Create dispatches by selecting individual tank serials or by specifying a quantity with optional filters. Dispatches automatically record remission details and the client entity type.
