Using Projects with Campaigns

1

Open Campaign Settings

Navigate to a campaign’s “Accounts” or “Overview” tab.
2

Select Subreddit Targets

You’ll see a list of all subreddits from your saved list, organized by project (if applicable).
3

Choose from Project

Filter or select subreddits that belong to specific projects. This makes it easy to target all subreddits in a project at once.

Project-Based Campaign Organization

Best practices for organizing campaigns by project:
  1. One Project Per Campaign Theme: Create projects like “Product Launch”, “Weekly Promotions”, “Community Building”
  2. Add Relevant Subreddits: Analyze and add 5-15 subreddits to each project
  3. Create Targeted Campaigns: Build campaigns that pull from specific projects
  4. Track Performance: Compare campaign results across projects

Example Project Workflows

Startup Launch Campaign

1

Create Project

Name: “Startup Launch - Tech Communities”Description: “Target subreddits for our product launch in Q1 2024”
2

Analyze and Add Subreddits

Research and analyze 10+ tech-focused subreddits:
  • r/startups
  • r/SaaS
  • r/entrepreneur
  • r/technology
Add those with 50%+ marketing-friendly scores to the project.
3

Invite Team

  • Marketing Manager: Admin role
  • Content Writers: Editor role
  • Stakeholders: Viewer role
4

Create Campaign

Build an automated posting campaign using all subreddits from this project as targets.

Agency Client Management

1

Create Client Projects

One project per client:
  • “Client A - Fitness Niche”
  • “Client B - Finance Niche”
  • “Client C - Gaming Niche”
2

Add Client-Specific Subreddits

Research and organize subreddits by client needs.
3

Invite Client as Viewer

Give clients view-only access to see:
  • Which subreddits you’re targeting
  • Analysis data and strategies
  • Campaign performance (when integrated)

Team Communication

Use project descriptions to:

  • Note best practices learned
  • Track which team member manages what
  • Link to external docs or briefs

Strategic Organization

Create projects based on:
  • Content calendars (monthly themes)
