These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the personal websites of Enzo Fuke, available at milesonerd.github.io and milesonerd.netlify.app (collectively referred to as the “Websites”).
By accessing or using either of the Websites, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you are advised not to use the Websites.

Purpose of the Websites

The milesonerd.github.io site is purely informational and contains a discontinued blog.
The milesonerd.netlify.app site is the main website, offering both informational content and an active blog.

Data Collection

The milesonerd.github.io site uses:
  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to collect statistical data, such as location and page access
Both Websites use Formspree for the contact form:
  • Use of the form is optional
  • A valid email address is required to submit a message
  • Forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam
There is no login or user account functionality on either Website.

Intellectual Property and Licensing

All original content published on the Websites is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0).This means you are free to:
  • Share and redistribute the content
  • Adapt and build upon the material
As long as you provide appropriate attribution.
The source code of the GitHub Pages site is licensed under the BSD 3-Clause License.
The source code of the Netlify site is licensed under the Apache License 2.0.
Reuse, modification, or redistribution of content or code must comply with the respective licenses and include proper attribution to the original author.

User Conduct

Prohibited Activities:
  • Sending unsolicited messages (spam) via the contact forms is strictly prohibited
  • Users cannot post content directly on the Websites
Suggestions may be submitted via pull request on the corresponding repositories and will only be published if approved by Enzo Fuke.

Minimum Age

The Websites are accessible to users of all ages. However, the content is geared toward individuals interested in programming, data, and technology, and is therefore most relevant to audiences with related interests.

The Websites do not offer paid products or services. All content is provided freely for informational and educational purposes.
