The Library tab brings every game you own — across Steam, GOG, Epic, PlayStation, Xbox, Amazon, Battle.net, Ubisoft, Nintendo, Humble, itch.io, and EA App — into a single deduplicated table. The Wishlist tab turns your connected wishlists into a deal radar, highlighting sales, historical price lows, and free claimable games. Both tabs stay ownership-aware: if you already own a wishlisted game on another store, Baklog can flag or hide it automatically.Documentation Index

ITAD deal prices auto-refresh every 15–60 minutes while the dashboard is open, so the prices you see are nearly always current without any manual action.
Library tab
The Library is a deduplicated cross-store table. When you own the same title on multiple stores, Baklog collapses them into one row and shows store badges directly on that row so you can see every place you own it at a glance. Key library features:- Inline HLTB override — if HowLongToBeat’s detected hours aren’t right for your play style, click the HLTB cell and type your own estimate. Your override is stored in
data/personal.json. - Compact Main/Extra/Completionist display — the HLTB column shows all three times in a condensed format without taking up extra column space.
- Inline status and notes editing — click a status chip or a notes cell to edit in place. No modal required.
- Multi-select for bulk status changes — tick multiple rows with
Spaceor checkboxes, then set status for all selected games at once.
Filtering the library
The toolbar above the library table gives you several ways to narrow down thousands of games:Search
Type to filter by game title. Press
/ anywhere in the app to jump straight to the search box.Genre filters
Multi-select chips with AND/OR toggle. AND mode requires a game to match every selected genre; OR mode matches any.
Store filter chips
Show only games from one or more stores. Multi-store rows stay visible as long as one of their stores is selected.
Status chips
Click any of the seven status chips in the summary row to filter to that status instantly.
Wishlist tab
The Wishlist tab aggregates your wishlists from every connected store and layers deal data from IsThereAnyDeal on top. Supported stores for wishlist sync: Steam · GOG · Epic · Humble · Xbox · PSN · Nintendo · Xbox Store Filter controls let you zero in on the best opportunities:| Filter | Effect |
|---|---|
| On Sale | Show only games currently discounted |
| Historical Low | Show only games at or near their lowest recorded price |
| Min Discount % | Hide deals below a threshold (e.g. only 40%+ off) |
| Max Price | Hide anything above a price ceiling you set |
| Hide already owned | Cross-reference your Library and suppress games you already own on another store |
Claimable Now
The Claimable Now feed surfaces free games you can claim right now, pulled from three sources:- Epic Games Store — weekly free game rotation
- GamerPower — aggregated giveaways across platforms
- IsThereAnyDeal — tracked free promotions
itch.io tab
Your itch.io library lives in a dedicated quarantined tab rather than mixed into the main Library. This is intentional: itch bundles often contain tools, soundtracks, TTRPG PDFs, and other non-game items that would pollute the deduplication table.- By default, the tab hides tools, soundtracks, and TTRPG PDFs.
- Toggle Show all owned keys to see every item in your itch library, including non-game assets.
Adding games manually
Not every game lives on a connected store — older titles, physical games, DRM-free downloads, or anything you want to track without a store source can be added manually.Fill in game details
Enter a title and optionally a store link, HLTB hours, review score, genre tags, and an initial status.
Hiding and restoring games
If a game is cluttering your Library but you don’t want to set a Skip status, you can hide it entirely:- Right-click (or use the row action menu) on any game and choose Hide.
- The game disappears from the Library and Wishlist views.
- To restore it, open Hidden games from the toolbar menu and click Restore next to any entry.
Hiding a game is a personal preference stored in
data/personal.json. It is different from the blacklist, which is a built-in list of non-game noise (store apps, DLC skins, soundtracks, internal entitlement slugs) that Baklog automatically removes and that cannot be restored. See Dashboard for the full comparison.
