Every Krafta order moves through a defined set of statuses — from the moment you submit your payment proof to the moment your product arrives. Because Krafta’s fulfillment is handled by human staff and partner workshops in Venezuela, status updates are applied manually by the team rather than automatically by a shipping carrier. This page explains where to find your orders and what each status means.

Orders list (/orders)

Navigate to /orders to see all orders associated with your account. Each row in the list shows:
  • A product mockup thumbnail
  • The product name and truncated order ID
  • The date the order was created (formatted for the Venezuelan locale, e.g. 15 de enero de 2025)
  • A status badge with a color-coded icon
  • The order total in USD
Clicking any row opens the full order detail page at /orders/[id].

Order detail page (/orders/[id])

The detail page shows:
  • The order ID and current status badge
  • A status description explaining exactly what is happening right now
  • Delivery details — shipping address, city, and state
  • Product details — item name, quantity, size, and your design preview image
  • Payment submissions — the payer name, bank, reference, and receipt associated with the payment proof you submitted
Once your order reaches READY, HANDED_TO_DELIVERY, or COMPLETED, a review form appears so you can rate your experience and leave a public testimonial on the product page.

Order status reference

The table below lists every status your order can reach, with its human-readable Spanish label sourced directly from src/lib/order-status.js and a plain-language description of what it means for you.

ACCEPTEDEn preparaciónThe workshop accepted the order and is preparing it for production.
IN_PRODUCTIONEn producciónYour product is actively being printed and assembled at the assigned workshop.
READYListo para entregaProduction is complete. Your order is packed and ready for pickup or dispatch.
HANDED_TO_DELIVERYEnviadoYour order has been handed to the delivery operator and is in transit.

The customer journey — step by step

Place your order

Complete the checkout form and submit your payment proof. Your order is created with status PENDING and transitions to REPORTED once the receipt is submitted.

Payment verification

The Krafta team checks the designated bank account, Pago Móvil line, or Binance wallet for the incoming transfer. The order moves through UNDER_REVIEW while being checked, then to CONFIRMED once the amount and reference match.

Workshop assignment

Once payment is confirmed, a partner print workshop is notified (NOTIFIED). When the workshop accepts the job, the status changes to ACCEPTED.

Production

The workshop begins printing and assembling your item. The status becomes IN_PRODUCTION until the work is complete.

Ready for dispatch or pickup

After printing, the workshop completes the order and it is marked READY. At this point you can arrange pickup or await dispatch.

Dispatch or pickup

For delivery orders, the package is handed to the delivery operator (HANDED_TO_DELIVERY). For in-store pickup orders, you collect at the Krafta office. The order is marked DISPATCHED or COMPLETED once received.
All status updates are applied manually by Krafta staff. If your order has been in REPORTED or UNDER_REVIEW status for more than 2 business days after submitting your payment proof with no update, check back on the orders page or contact Krafta support directly with your order number and payment reference.
