Beyond core ticket security and authentication, the platform offers a set of optional hardening features designed to keep your competitions fair, prevent automated exploitation, and stop coupon abuse. Each feature can be enabled independently, letting you build the right combination of protections for your audience.

Puzzle Challenges

Puzzle challenges present customers with a simple question on the checkout page before their order is placed. The challenge verifies that the person placing the order is human — stopping bots and automated scripts from placing precisely-timed orders or sniping instant win tickets.
You can preview all available puzzle challenges before enabling them. Every question is intentionally straightforward so that legitimate customers are not inconvenienced.
Challenges appear occasionally rather than on every order, reducing friction for regular customers while still deterring automated behaviour.

Cleanup Tools

The cleanup tool scans your customer accounts and removes profiles created by spam bots or used for multi-accounting. You can enable it from the features page — once run, it shows you a list of the accounts it has removed so you can also delete those contacts from your external marketing platforms and email lists.
Reviewing the list of deleted accounts before clearing them from your marketing tools ensures you keep your audience data accurate and do not pay to market to fake or duplicate accounts.

IP-Locked Coupons

IP-locked coupons prevent multiple accounts from the same IP address from redeeming the same coupon code. This closes a common multi-accounting exploit where a single person creates several accounts to use a discount or free-entry coupon more than once. The lock is applied at the individual coupon level — you enable it when creating or editing a coupon, so you can choose which promotions to protect without affecting every coupon on the site.
IP locking works best for promotional coupons intended for one use per household. Be mindful that shared network environments (such as offices or universities) will have multiple legitimate users behind the same IP address.
