TktPlz gives event organizers a dedicated portal to create and sell tickets, track revenue, and manage attendees. Before you can publish an event, you need to register an organizer account and add your payout details so TktPlz can transfer your earnings to you.

Register your account

Organizer accounts are separate from regular user accounts. Go to the organizer registration page (/org-register) and fill in your details.
1

Open the registration page

Navigate to /org-register. You will see a form with three required fields.
2

Enter your organizer details

Provide the following information:
FieldRequirements
NameYour name or organization name
Email addressMust be unique — not already used by another organizer account
Mobile numberMust be at least 10 digits and unique across all organizer accounts
Both email and phone are checked for uniqueness when you submit. If either is already taken, you will see an error and must use a different value.
3

Verify your email with OTP

After submitting the form, TktPlz sends a one-time password to your email address. Enter the OTP on the verification page (/org-verify-otp) to activate your account.
4

Once verified, log in at /org-login using your email address. TktPlz uses email-based OTP for every login — there is no password to remember.
If you already have an organizer account, go to /org-login instead. Enter your email and complete the OTP step to access your dashboard.

Add banking details for payouts

Before creating your first event, you must add your UPI details. TktPlz processes payouts manually: once an event completes, the platform calculates net payable revenue and transfers it to your UPI account. Without banking details saved, payouts cannot be initiated.
1

Go to your organizer settings

From the dashboard, navigate to the banking or payout settings section.
2

Enter your UPI information

Two fields are required:
  • Account holder name — the name on the UPI account
  • UPI ID — your UPI address (e.g. yourname@upi)
TktPlz checks whether these details exist before allowing the platform to initiate payouts. You can update them at any time.
Payouts will not be processed until both your UPI ID and account holder name are saved. Add these details before your first event goes live.

Dashboard overview

After logging in, you land on the organizer dashboard. It surfaces four key metrics at the top:

Total events

The total number of events you have created across all statuses.

Tickets sold

A cumulative count of all tickets sold across your events.

Gross revenue

Total revenue earned in INR across confirmed bookings.

Pending payments

The sum of net payable amounts for events where payouts are still in pending status.
Below the summary, the dashboard shows:
  • My events — a table of your events with name, date, total bookings, and verification status (pending, approved, or rejected). Up to five events are shown; click “View All Events” to see the rest.
  • Financial summary — a pie chart breaking revenue down by event, and a table of recent transactions showing customer name, amount, and ticket status.
  • Recent attendees — customer names, emails, ticket types, and quantity purchased.

Organizer verification process

Every event you create starts with a verificationStatus of pending. A TktPlz admin reviews each event before it becomes visible to users. The possible states are:
StatusMeaning
pendingSubmitted and awaiting review
approvedVerified and visible to users for booking
rejectedNot approved — review the feedback and resubmit
Only events with verificationStatus: approved count toward your active event total on the dashboard and are bookable by users.

Basic workflow from registration to first event

Once your account is active and banking details are saved, the full journey to your first live event looks like this:
Register → Verify OTP → Add UPI details → Create event →
Submit for review → Admin approves → Event goes live → Tickets sold →
Event completes → Payout generated → Confirm receipt
The next steps are covered in Create and publish events and Dashboard, analytics, and payouts.
