HADOS uses email and password authentication backed by Firebase. Every person who participates in or manages a dice tournament — whether a regular competitor, an Intermediario, or a Global Administrator — must create an account before they can view leaderboards or manage scores. Registration takes less than a minute and your Habbo avatar is loaded automatically from habbo.es the moment your account is created.

Registering as a Player

1

Open the registration form

On the HADOS login page, click the “Regístrate aquí” link at the bottom of the card. The form switches to registration mode.
2

Enter your Habbo nickname

Type your exact Habbo username into the “Nickname de Habbo” field. This value is stored as your username and is used to fetch your avatar from the habbo.es imaging API. It is also the identifier that Dado Admins and Intermediarios use when they search for you to add you to a tournament or load your points.
3

Enter your email and password

Fill in a valid email address and a password of at least six characters. These credentials are used for Firebase Authentication — your email is not shown publicly on the leaderboard.
4

Submit the form

Click “Registrarse”. HADOS calls createUserWithEmailAndPassword and then immediately writes your profile document to Firestore with the following defaults:
FieldValue
usernameYour Habbo nickname
emailYour registration email
rolejugador
points0
currentRank1
previousRank1
avatarUrlGenerated from Habbo imaging API (see below)
dadoId(not set — assigned later by admin)
A success banner reading “¡Cuenta registrada con éxito!” confirms that your account is ready.
Your avatar URL is generated automatically at registration time using the Habbo imaging API. The username is URI-encoded to handle special characters safely:
https://www.habbo.es/habbo-imaging/avatarimage?user=<encodeURIComponent(username)>&direction=3&head_direction=3&gesture=std&size=m
This URL is stored in the avatarUrl field of your Firestore profile. It is fetched every time your row appears in the leaderboard — no manual upload is needed.
Your Habbo nickname must match your actual Habbo account name exactly, including capitalisation and special characters (e.g. xSlash-). If the name does not match a real Habbo account, the avatar endpoint returns a broken image and a placeholder is shown instead.

Registering as a Global Administrator

The Global Administrator role has full access to every Dado, including the ability to create new Dados and assign Dado Admins. Registering with this role requires a secret code that is distributed privately to authorised staff.
1

Open the registration form

Click “Regístrate aquí” on the login page.
2

Check the Global Admin option

Tick the checkbox labelled “Registrar como Administrador Global”. The Habbo nickname field is hidden — Global Admin accounts use the display name Administrador Global instead.
3

Enter the secret code

A new field labelled “Código Secreto Global” appears. Enter the value GLOBAL2026. If the code does not match, registration is blocked with the error “Código secreto de Administrador Global incorrecto.”
4

Enter your email and password

Provide a valid email and a password of at least six characters, then click “Registrarse”.
The secret code GLOBAL2026 grants unrestricted administrative access to the entire HADOS platform. Keep it confidential and never share it in public channels.

What Happens After Registration

After your account is created, your role is set to jugador (player). You are not automatically placed into any Dado. This is intentional — each Dado is a separate tournament environment managed independently. To appear on a leaderboard and accumulate points, a Dado Admin or Intermediario must manually add your username to their Dado. Until that happens, logging in will show the message:
“Tu usuario de Habbo aún no ha sido añadido a la lista de ningún torneo. Pide a un intermediario o administrador que te registre en su Dado.”
Once you are added to a Dado, your avatar, rank, and points will appear on that Dado’s leaderboard automatically.

Logging In

If you already have an account, use the default login view:
1

Enter your credentials

Type the email address and password you registered with into the “Correo electrónico” and “Contraseña” fields.
2

Click Iniciar Sesión

Click the “Iniciar Sesión” button. On success, you are taken directly to the HADOS dashboard. If your credentials are wrong, the error “Correo o contraseña incorrectos.” appears and no account information is exposed.
If you switch between devices or browsers, just log in again — your profile, points, and rank are all stored in Firestore and will be exactly as you left them.
