List project registry entries and per-project instinct/observation counts.

Command Syntax

/projects

No arguments required.

What It Shows

For each project:

Project name, ID, root, remote
Personal and inherited instinct counts
Observation event count
Last seen timestamp

Also displays global instinct totals.
