This page lists every YouEyeSea release in descending order, from the most recent version to the initial project setup. Each entry matches the version data in the live changelog page of the application.

v1.5.1 — March 16, 2026

Added a command palette (cmd+k) for easy navigation and made lots of minor UI/UX improvements. Added preset buttons on the explore page, refined the OpenGraph image, and rolled out various fixes for charts and medium-sized screens.

v1.5.0 — March 14, 2026

Replaced any types with proper type annotations and upgraded packages. Added caching across the board.

v1.4.0 — February 2026

Integrated fresh Fall semester data. Added a link to Rate My Professors and Reddit from the course details page. Updated to patch a React vulnerability.

v1.3.0 — December 2025

Improvements to responsiveness for mobile devices. Replaced menus with smooth bottom drawers and fixed accidental zoom issues on mobile Safari. Added a sitemap for improved SEO indexing.

v1.2.0 — December 2025

Added an advanced search / explore page based on user feedback. Added the “trending” section and introduced more subtle animations.

v1.1.0 — November 2025

Sped up loading animations, introduced scrollable charts for large data sets, and improved Safari compatibility. Added analytics.

v1.0.0 — November 7, 2025

Official project launch. Introduced drop rates, grade percentages, and direct links to the course catalog. Initiated code cleanup in preparation for open sourcing.

v0.7.0 — October 2025

Improvements to the grade distribution chart, UI polish, and placeholder panes replaced with actual course data.

v0.5.0 — September 2025

Wrote seed scripts and populated the Prisma database with data from CSVs. Added search and the course details page.

v0.1.0 — August 2025

Set up Next.js project, shadcn/ui, and started work on the Prisma table schema.
