Prerequisites
You’ll need Python 3.13 or higher installed on your system.
Run with uvx
The fastest way to run Crimsonland is usinguvx, which automatically manages dependencies:
First run
On first launch, Crimsonland will:- Create a runtime directory for saves, config, logs, and replays
- Download missing game assets if needed
- Initialize the game configuration
- Linux:
~/.local/share/crimson/ - macOS:
~/Library/Application Support/crimson/ - Windows:
%APPDATA%\crimson\
