Maieutic gives instructors three purpose-built views that surface learning signals a traditional lab cannot. You author exercises by describing them in plain text and letting Opus generate the specification scaffolding. During a session you watch a live dashboard that summarises, in plain language, where every active student is in their thinking. After a session you can open any student’s full reasoning trail or read a cohort-level narrative of how the class engaged with the exercise as a whole. No login is required. Authoring exercises
Type a plain-text prompt and review the spec-gate scaffolding Opus returns in seconds before publishing.
Live dashboard
One row per active student, each with a real-time natural-language summary of where they are in their thinking.
Session reasoning view
A two-column view of one student’s complete session — what they wrote on the left, what the system understood on the right.
Cohort analytics
A short Opus-written narrative of how the cohort engaged with an exercise, with strengths, drifts, and a provisional flag.
Instructor pages are not behind an authentication gate. The landing page routes visitors based on whether they identify as a student or a teacher. Once on any instructor page you can navigate freely between
/live, /authoring, /cohorts, and /cohort/[id] using the instructor navigation bar.
