Get up and running with BMad Method in minutes

Install BMad Method

Install BMad Method in your project using npx:
npx bmad-method install
Follow the interactive prompts to configure your installation. For non-interactive installation, see the installation guide.

Get context-aware help

Open your AI IDE (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) in your project and run:
/bmad-help
BMad Help analyzes your project and tells you exactly what to do next based on your current state.

Choose a workflow based on your needs:
  • New project: Start with brainstorming or PRD creation
  • Existing project: Use Quick Flow for features and fixes
  • Documentation: Run the document-project workflow
