Applying for positions on Biovity is streamlined and integrated with your profile.Find a position
Search for jobs using the search feature or browse recommended positions on your dashboard. Review the full job description, requirements, and responsibilities.
Click Apply
Click the “Apply” button on the job listing. Your profile information is automatically used to populate your application.
Review application
Verify your information is complete and accurate. Add a cover letter or additional documents if required by the employer.
Submit application
Submit your application to the employer. You’ll receive immediate confirmation and the application will appear in your “My Applications” section.
Application tracking
Access all your applications from the “My Applications” section in the dashboard navigation.Application statuses
Applications move through various stages:Submitted
Application has been sent and is awaiting employer review
Under review
Employer is actively reviewing your application and profile
Interview scheduled
You’ve been selected for an interview and a time has been scheduled
Offer extended
The employer has made you a formal job offer
Accepted
You’ve accepted the position and hiring is complete
Declined
Application was not selected to move forward
Application list view
Your applications page displays:- Job title and company: Quick identification of each application
- Status badge: Color-coded status indicator
- Application date: When you submitted the application
- Last update: Most recent status change
- Quick actions: View details, message recruiter, withdraw application
Status badges
Status badges use color coding for quick scanning:- Blue: Interview Scheduled - action required
- Yellow: Under Review - waiting for employer
- Green: Offer Extended - positive outcome
- Gray: Submitted - initial state
- Red: Declined - application not selected
Application details
Click on any application to view complete details:Overview section

- Your submitted materials (resume, cover letter, documents)

Communication history
- Messages exchanged with the recruiter

Your dashboard home page includes a “Recent Applications” card showing:- Your 3-5 most recent applications
- Current status for each
- Quick link to view full details

Managing applications
Responding to interview requests
When you receive an interview invitation:- Review the proposed date and time
- Confirm or request an alternative time
- Add the interview to your calendar
- Prepare using provided materials or company information
Withdrawing applications
If you need to withdraw an application:- Open the application details
- Click “Withdraw Application”
- Optionally provide a reason (accepted another offer, no longer interested)
- Confirm withdrawal
Following up
Use the integrated messaging system to:- Ask questions about the role or timeline
- Follow up on application status after reasonable waiting period
- Provide additional information requested by employer
- Thank recruiters after interviews
Application metrics
Track your application success in the Metrics section:- Total applications submitted: Overall count
- Response rate: Percentage of applications receiving employer response
- Interview rate: How many applications lead to interviews
- Time to response: Average employer response time
- Application status distribution: Visual breakdown by status
