The Billing page in Gatling Enterprise Edition is the central hub for everything related to your subscription and credit consumption. From here, administrators can view current plan details, track how many credits have been consumed in the current billing period, configure extra-credit spending limits, and navigate to the payment portal to update billing details or download invoices.
The Billing page is only accessible to users with the Administrator role.

Accessing the Billing page

Navigate to Organization Settings and select Billing from the settings menu.

Billing settings

If you have an active paid subscription, a Customer portal button appears in the Billing settings section. Clicking it redirects you to the Stripe billing portal, where you can:
  • Update payment method and billing details
  • Download past invoices
  • View and manage your subscription
Organizations subscribed via the AWS Marketplace manage billing information and invoices directly through AWS. The Customer portal button is not displayed for AWS Marketplace subscriptions.

Credit consumption

The credits panel shows current usage for both paid and trial plans.

Extra credits

When your plan’s credit allocation is nearly exhausted, Gatling Enterprise can be configured to allow extra credit consumption above the plan limit. This prevents a hard block on test launches for time-sensitive testing.
Extra credits are only available for subscriptions billed through Stripe. AWS Marketplace subscribers cannot use this feature.
1

Monitor credit consumption

As credits are consumed, the billing panel displays a warning when you are approaching the limit.
2

Enable extra credits

Click Edit spending limit and set the maximum number of extra credits your organization can consume above the plan allocation.
3

Run tests with extra credits

Tests that would previously have been blocked by insufficient credits will now proceed, drawing from the extra credit pool up to the configured limit.

Plans history

The Plans section shows a history of all subscription plans your organization has held:
FieldDescription
StatusCurrent state of the plan: Active, Terminated, or PaymentFailure
FromStart date of the plan
ToEnd date of the plan, if it has ended
CreditsNumber of credits awarded per month by this plan

Offers and subscriptions

Subscribing via Stripe

The Offers section lists all available plans for your organization. Each offer shows the number of credits included. A credit equals one load generator running for one minute.
