Verification flow

1

Navigate to Identity Hub

From the profile card, tap the Identity status tile. This opens the Identity Hub at /app/profile/verify.
2

Select a document type

Choose one of the three accepted document protocols:
  • Identity Card — National ID or residence card. Requires front and back uploads.
  • Passport — International passport. Requires front upload only.
  • Driver License — Regional driver authorization. Requires front and back uploads.
3

Upload document images

Tap each upload zone to select a photo from your device. Images must be high-resolution with no glare. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
4

Submit for review

Tap Initialize Verification to submit. Your verification_status is set to pending and your uploaded document URLs are stored on your profile (verification_front_url, verification_back_url, verification_doc_type).
5

Await confirmation

The compliance team reviews submissions within 2–4 hours. Once approved, your status changes to verified automatically.

Institutional Certificate

Users who reach higher account levels earn an Agent Certification — a downloadable institutional certificate that serves as authorized proof of performance on the platform. The certificate is accessible from the Compliance & Recognition section of the profile menu at /app/profile/certificate. It displays:
  • Platform name and registered business address
  • Your username and node protocol ID
  • Issue date and active/valid status
  • An official seal and authorized signature block
Tap Save High-Fidelity Proof on the certificate page to download a print-quality PDF via your browser’s print dialog.

Security PIN

The security_pin field stores a numeric PIN associated with your account. This PIN is separate from your login password and is used as an additional access control layer within the platform.
Do not share your security PIN with anyone. Captiv8 support staff will never ask for it.

Profile menu sections

The profile page organizes settings into two groups: Compliance & Recognition
  • Agent Certification — Institutional certificate
  • Mission Protocol — About Captiv8
  • User Agreement — Terms and regulatory protocol
System Configuration
  • Security & Access — Biometric auth and 2FA
  • Financial Hub — Linked wallet and payout history
  • Communication — Push, email, and SMS alert preferences
  • Platform Knowledge — User guides and FAQ
  • Globalization — Language and currency preferences
