Withdrawals let you move earned USDT from your Simple Money wallet to an external address. The amount is immediately removed from your available balance and placed in a frozen state while the admin processes the payout.

Withdrawal flow

1

Open the Withdraw page

Navigate to Withdraw from the sidebar or the dashboard quick menu.
2

Select your network

Choose the payout network: TRX (USDT-TRC20), BEP-20 (USDT-BEP20), ERC-20 (ETH), or BTC (Bitcoin).
3

Enter the withdrawal amount

Type the amount you want to withdraw. It must meet the minimum for your current VIP level and must not exceed your available wallet balance. Quick-amount chips are shown based on your level’s salary structure.
4

Enter your wallet address

Paste your destination wallet address for the selected network. If you previously saved an address in Profile, it pre-fills automatically. The address is saved to your profile for future requests.
5

Request submitted

Tap Initiate Payout. The withdrawal is created with a pending status. The requested amount is immediately deducted from your wallet balance and added to your frozen_amount while the admin processes the payout out-of-band.
The withdrawal amount is deducted from your balance the moment you confirm. If the request is rejected, the amount is returned to your wallet.

Frozen amount

frozen_amount represents funds that are in transit — deducted from your spendable balance but not yet settled to your external wallet. You can see your current frozen amount on the Profile page. Once a withdrawal is completed or rejected, frozen_amount is updated accordingly.

Minimum withdrawal amounts

The minimum withdrawal amount depends on your VIP level. Higher levels have lower minimums, giving you more flexibility. The current minimum for your level is displayed on the Withdraw page before you submit.

Level 1 Collector$1,000
Level 2 Collector$2,000
Level 3 Collector$3,000
