Zen is a zero-dependency static web experience that loads instantly in any browser. Open it, click Enter Zen, and let a gentle black noise loop and a hand-crafted island scene do the rest. There is nothing to install, no account to create, and no settings to configure — just a quiet place to breathe.

What is Zen?

Zen is a single-page static site — pure HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with no build step and no runtime dependencies. It renders a peaceful island vista: a sandy shore, a cluster of trees, and a glowing moon against a sky-blue gradient. A looping black noise track plays in the background, providing a consistent auditory backdrop that masks distractions.
1

Visit the site

Go to mr-sunset.github.io/zen in any modern browser.
2

Enable controls (optional)

Check the Controls box on the welcome screen if you want a native audio player for volume adjustment or pausing.
3

Enter Zen

Click Enter Zen. The welcome screen fades away and the island scene takes over.
Enabling audio controls is recommended on desktop. On mobile the autoplay policy of some browsers requires you to toggle controls off and back on to start the sound.
