Data source
Chapter data is sourced from the OWASP GitHub organization. The backend ingests chapter metadata from OWASP’s chapter repositories on a scheduled basis and indexes the records in Algolia. Geographic coordinates are resolved and stored so the map can render accurate pin locations.Chapter information reflects the data available in the OWASP GitHub organization. If you notice outdated information, updates should be made in the relevant OWASP chapter repository, and they will be synchronized on the next data ingestion run.
