How special routes work
Special routes are defined inrutas_especiales.json. Each route has a list of zonas — neighborhood names that belong to that route. If the origin or destination of a trip matches any zone in a route’s list, that route’s fixed fare applies.
This is Priority 1 in the fare engine — it overrides everything else. See Fare calculation for the full priority order.
