The Executive Dashboard is the home screen of ISOwl. It aggregates data from all modules into a single view so you can assess your organisation’s ISO 27001 posture at a glance and identify the highest-priority gaps.

Dashboard panels

Global compliance donut

Percentage of ISO 27001 Clauses 4–10 requirements marked as Implemented. Calculated across all subclauses and requirements in the clause tree.

Annex A maturity donut

Percentage of applicable ISO 27002:2022 controls marked as Implemented out of the 93 controls in Annex A.

Critical alerts

Live counts for open major nonconformities, open findings, and missing evidence items. Each counter links to the relevant module.

Maturity radar

Radar chart plotting the average maturity score (0–5) for each ISO 27001 clause (C4–C10). Hover over each axis to see both maturity level and compliance percentage for that clause.

Clause ranking

Horizontal bar chart listing Clauses 4–10 sorted by lowest compliance percentage first. Helps you prioritise which clause needs the most attention.

Top 10 pending requirements

Ordered list of requirements still in Not started status. Click any item to jump directly to that requirement in the Clauses module.

Color coding

All percentage indicators on the dashboard follow a consistent traffic-light scheme:
RangeColorMeaning
≥ 80%Emerald (green)On track
50–79%Amber (yellow)Needs attention
< 50%Rose (red)Critical gap

Exporting the executive report

Click Reporte Ejecutivo in the dashboard header to generate a self-contained executive report. The report includes:
  • ISMS posture summary with global compliance and Annex A maturity percentages
  • Clause-by-clause conformance breakdown with maturity level
  • Domain progress breakdown (Annex A control domains)
  • Open findings summary
  • Critical findings highlight (NC Mayor only)
The PDF downloads directly to your browser’s default download folder. No data leaves your machine.
ISOwl stores all data in localStorage. PDF export is the only persistent backup mechanism. Export regularly to preserve a record of your ISMS state.

How scores are calculated

Counts the total number of requirements across all clauses (4 through 10). Requirements marked as Implementado or No aplica are both counted as compliant. The percentage is (Implementado + No aplica) / total requirements × 100, rounded to the nearest integer.
Counts controls with status Implementado divided by the total number of controls that are not marked No Aplica (i.e. applicable controls only). Marking more controls as No Aplica shrinks the denominator and can raise the percentage without adding new implementations.
Averages the individual maturity slider values (0–5) across all requirements within each ISO 27001 clause (4 through 10). Each axis on the radar represents one clause. Clauses with no evaluated requirements show a score of 0. The overall average maturity is shown in the top-right corner of the radar panel.
Clauses are sorted ascending by their compliance percentage so the lowest-performing clause always appears at the top of the list.
