Getting the most out of these portals requires more than just uploading a CV and waiting. Use the following strategies to improve your response rate across all platforms.
Adopt a multi-platform strategy. Salvadoran companies typically publish the same vacancy on two or three portals simultaneously. Limiting yourself to one site means missing a large share of the available opportunities.
