Browsing vacancies

Navigate to Empleos (the job board) to see all active vacancies on the platform. The job board displays the total number of matched vacancies and supports three view modes: card view, horizontal list, and table view. Use the toggle buttons at the top right of the results area to switch between them.

Filtering vacancies

Use the filter panel on the left side of the job board to narrow results:
  • Title — Search by vacancy title with autocomplete suggestions as you type.
  • Salary — Filter by minimum salary.
  • Experience — Filter by required years of experience.
  • Modality — Filter by Presencial (on-site), Remoto (remote), or Híbrido (hybrid).
  • Type — Filter by Vacante (full position) or Práctica (internship/practicum).
  • Favorites — Show only vacancies you have saved.
The job board is paginated. Use the page navigation at the bottom of the results to move between pages (20 vacancies per page). Click Borrar filtros to reset all active filters at once.

ML-powered matching

When your profile has education level, at least one aptitude, and years of experience filled in, the platform automatically evaluates each vacancy against your profile using a machine-learning model. Each vacancy card shows a Predicción de Candidato panel with:
  • A qualitative result message based on how well your profile fits
  • Coincidencias — the number of aptitudes you share with the vacancy’s requirements
  • Porcentaje Match — a percentage score color-coded by range:
    • 90% and above — green (excellent fit)
    • 70–89% — yellow (good fit)
    • 40–69% — orange (partial fit)
    • Below 40% — red (low fit)
The more complete your profile—especially aptitudes and education level—the more accurate your match scores will be. Vacancies are surfaced based on your profile data, so keeping it up to date helps you find the right roles faster.
