The Resource Hub is PsycheIT’s curated library of mental health content designed specifically for the challenges college students face. Rather than leaving students to navigate the overwhelming landscape of online mental health information alone, PsycheIT’s team has hand-picked videos and long-form articles across topics like anxiety, depression, sleep, meditation, and resilience — all verified for quality and relevance. Whether you want a five-minute explainer video before a big exam or an in-depth article on supporting a friend with depression, everything is organized and accessible in one place.

Resource Types

The hub is divided into two content tabs:
  • Videos — Short to medium-length YouTube-embedded educational videos (3–11 minutes) covering high-impact mental health topics relevant to student life.
  • Articles & Blogs — Written long-form content organized by category, covering evidence-based strategies for depression awareness, relationships, mindfulness, anxiety, and self-care. Each article is accessible as a full-page read via its own route (/blogs/:id).
All resources in the hub are curated by mental health professionals. New content is reviewed before being added to ensure it meets standards for accuracy, sensitivity, and relevance to the Indian college student experience.
