The Dashboard is your daily nutrition command center, providing an at-a-glance view of today’s meal plan and your progress toward nutritional goals. It helps you stay accountable by tracking which meals you’ve consumed and automatically updating your macronutrient intake.What It Does
The Dashboard serves as your daily checkpoint for nutrition management:- Daily Meal Overview: Displays all meals scheduled for today from your weekly nutrition plan
- Real-Time Tracking: Shows which meals you’ve consumed and which are still pending
- Automatic Macro Calculation: Updates your nutritional metrics as you mark meals as consumed
- Goal Progress Monitoring: Compares your current intake against your personalized targets

How to Use the Dashboard
View Today's Meals
When you open the Dashboard, you’ll see all meals planned for today with their nutritional information.Each meal card displays:
- Recipe name and image
- Calories, protein, carbs, and fat content
- Consumption status
Mark Meals as Consumed
After eating a meal, click the “Mark as consumed” button on that meal card.The button will change to show a checkmark and “Consumed” status.
Your macronutrient totals update instantly when you mark a meal as consumed.
Monitor Your Progress
Check the macronutrient cards at the top of the Dashboard to see:
- How many calories you’ve consumed vs. your daily goal
- Your protein, carb, and fat intake progress
- Visual progress bars for each macro

The top section displays four cards showing your daily nutritional targets:- Calories: Total energy intake in kcal
- Proteins: Muscle-building macros in grams
- Carbohydrates: Energy source in grams
- Fats: Essential fats in grams
- Current intake (from consumed meals)
- Daily goal (based on your profile)
- Progress indicator

Each meal is presented in an easy-to-read card format:- Pending Meal

- “Mark as consumed” button (gray)

Dashboard States
Loading State: When first accessing the Dashboard, you’ll see a loading indicator while your plan data is retrieved.
Active Plan: Once you have an active weekly plan, the Dashboard automatically shows today’s meals and updates in real-time.
