Bean another user, causing the bot to react to their next message with a bean emoji.
Parameters

- After being beaned, the bot reacts to the target’s very next message with
🫘(or a custom bean emoji if available) - The bean is consumed after one reaction
- A user cannot be beaned twice in a row — if they are already beaned, the command is rejected with an ephemeral notice
- If you try to bean CDC Bot itself, you get beaned instead

Start a word game in the current channel.
Parameters
