Months are the time periods that form the columns of every indicator’s data table. Before you can enter any numeric values, you must register at least one month. All indicators share the same list of months, so any month you add becomes available across the entire application.

Adding a month

Open the Meses view

Navigate to the Meses section from the main navigation.

Type the month name

Enter the name of the period in the Nombre del mes field. For example, type Enero, Febrero, or any label that suits your reporting cycle.

Click Agregar

Click Agregar to save the month. A confirmation message appears and the month immediately shows up in the table below.

Validation rules

The application enforces two rules when you add a month:
  • Empty names are rejected. If you click Agregar with no text in the field, a red error message asks you to write the month name.
  • Duplicate names are rejected. If the name you entered already exists in the list, an orange warning informs you that the month is already registered. Choose a different name or check the existing table.

Registered months appear in a table with the following columns:

Deleting a month

To remove a month, click the trash icon in the Acción column of the row you want to delete. The month is removed immediately and the table refreshes.
Deleting a month removes its data column from every indicator in the application. All numeric values recorded for that month across all indicators are permanently lost. This action cannot be undone.
