Any visitor to the GCS virtual office, whether a prospective client or an active consultor, can access this room without authentication. The Diagnóstico tab is the primary entry point for new visitors. It embeds SallyComplianceChat — a conversational, 6-question Revisoría Fiscal evaluation powered by Sally, the GCS virtual assistant.Before starting the evaluation, a preview card shows the five compliance areas that will be assessed, each rendered as a progress bar initialised at zero:

BASC is a cooperation program between companies and government authorities designed to promote and facilitate secure international trade. It establishes a security management system throughout the supply chain.Implementation requirements:

- Commercial partner management (due diligence on clients and suppliers)
SARLAFT — Sistema de Administración del Riesgo de LA/FT
SARLAFT — Sistema de Administración del Riesgo de LA/FT
SARLAFT is Colombia’s mandatory framework for the prevention of money laundering (LA) and terrorism financing (FT). It is required for a wide range of regulated entities including financial institutions, real estate companies, and import/export businesses.Implementation requirements:
- Customer identification — Know Your Customer (KYC) processes
- Transaction monitoring — detection of unusual or high-risk patterns
- Suspicious activity reporting (ROS) to the UIAF authority
- Staff training on risk identification and regulatory obligations
PTEE — Programa de Transparencia y Ética Empresarial

The PTEE is Colombia’s corporate integrity framework established by Law 2195 of 2022 for the prevention of bribery and corruption in private sector organisations above a defined revenue threshold.Implementation requirements:
- Anti-corruption policies and codes of conduct
- Whistleblower channel (canal de denuncias) for anonymous reporting
- Third-party due diligence on suppliers, agents, and intermediaries
- Conflict-of-interest management and disclosure mechanisms
Free Diagnostic — Revisoría Fiscal Evaluation
The SallyComplianceChat embedded in the Diagnóstico tab provides a free, guided evaluation to determine whether your organisation may require a Revisoría Fiscal — a statutory auditor mandated under Colombian law for companies that meet certain size thresholds. The evaluation consists of 6 yes/no questions asked conversationally by Sally. Based on your answers, thecalculateRFResult function scores your responses and returns a personalised recommendation:
