The Sala de Estrategia is a private room designed for organisations seeking structured consulting on growth, market positioning, and operational efficiency. Restricted to users with the consultor role, it serves as a co-creation space where GCS consultants and client teams work together to design tailored strategies. The room presents four core service offerings, each with defined deliverables, alongside a curated set of success cases drawn from GCS’s client portfolio.
Private Room — Restricted Access. The Sala de Estrategia requires the consultor role. Clients interested in strategic consulting must contact GCS to arrange access and schedule a session.

Strategic Services

The room renders each service as an expandable panel. Clicking a service card toggles its Entregables section open, revealing the full list of deliverables and a Solicitar este servicio CTA that calls onOpenLeadForm(serviceId).

Company names have been anonymised in the virtual office interface. GCS can provide detailed case study documentation — including methodology, timelines, and outcomes — upon request during a strategic consultation session.

Request a Consultation

Each service card in the UI includes a Solicitar este servicio button that appears when the panel is expanded. Clicking it calls:
onOpenLeadForm(service.id)

This opens the global lead capture modal with the interest field pre-set to the selected service ID, so the GCS team immediately knows which strategic area the prospect is enquiring about. The sidebar CTA (Solicitar Consulta) calls onOpenLeadForm('estrategia') as a general entry point for visitors who have not yet selected a specific service.
