Mi App Números is an interactive, child-friendly web application built with React and Vite that makes learning numbers 1–11 fun and effective. It combines three complementary learning modes — step-by-step exploration, multiple-choice quiz, and freehand canvas tracing — all wrapped in colourful animations and a star-reward system to keep young learners engaged.

How it works

Mi App Números presents numbers through three learning modes that progressively reinforce recognition, counting, and writing skills.
1

Open the app

Launch the app in your browser. The main menu offers two session types: Paso a Paso (sequential, 1–11) and Modo Aleatorio (random order for advanced practice).
2

Learn a number

The Learn view shows the numeral, its Spanish word, and an animated grid of emojis — one emoji per unit — so children connect quantity to symbol visually.
3

Practice counting

Tap Practicar to enter Practice Mode. A grid of emojis appears and three number buttons are shown. Choose the correct count to earn a star.
4

Trace the number

Tap Escribir to open the canvas. A ghost numeral guides the stroke. Draw with a mouse or finger, then tap ¡Listo! to confirm and earn a star.
The star counter in the top navigation bar persists throughout the session, so children can track their progress as they move through all eleven numbers.
