VIP Tier Benefits

How to Qualify
VIP status is granted based on your past 14-day trading volume on one or more external exchanges. Once verified, the equivalent tier is applied to your Pacifica account for 14 days.Open a Support Request

Prove Wallet Ownership
The Pacifica team will guide you through a verification process to confirm ownership of the external wallet associated with your trading history.
Volume Is Mapped to a Tier
Once ownership is verified, your external 14-day trading volume is mapped to the appropriate Pacifica VIP tier.
Important Notes
VIP tier transfers are valid for 14 days from activation. Ongoing VIP eligibility based on native Pacifica volume will be introduced as the platform scales. For details on renewal, contact the team through the channels listed above.
