Overview
The student dashboard provides quick access to your academic information:- My Timetable - View your class schedule with days and times
- My Bulletin - Access your complete academic report with all grades
- My Courses & Grades - Quick view of current grades displayed on the dashboard
Accessing your dashboard
Log in to the system
Navigate to the login page and enter your credentials:
- Email - Your registered email address
- Password - Your account password
If you haven’t received your login credentials or have forgotten your password, contact your school administrator for assistance.
Viewing your grades
Dashboard grade overview
Your main dashboard displays a comprehensive table of your courses and grades:- Subject - The name of each course you’re enrolled in
- Teacher - The teacher assigned to each course
- Grade /20 - Your current grade for each subject (out of 20)

Grades are displayed on a scale of 0 to 20:
- 16-20: Excellent performance
- 14-15.99: Very good performance
- 12-13.99: Good performance
- 10-11.99: Satisfactory (Passing grade)
- Below 10: Needs improvement (Failing grade)
Viewing your timetable
Your timetable shows when and where your classes are scheduled throughout the week.Access timetable
From the student dashboard, click the View Timetable button on the My Timetable card.
Review your schedule
The timetable displays all your scheduled courses with:
- Course/Subject name - The class you’re attending
- Teacher name - Who will be teaching the class
- Day - Day of the week (Monday-Sunday)
- Start Time - When the class begins
- End Time - When the class ends
Your timetable is managed by your school administrator. If you notice errors or have questions about your schedule, contact your administrator or academic advisor.
Accessing your bulletin
Your academic bulletin is a comprehensive report showing all your grades, your overall average, and your academic status.Review bulletin details
The bulletin displays:Personal Information:
- Your full name
- Your registered email address
- Table of all enrolled subjects
- Teacher name for each subject
- Grade received for each subject (out of 20)
- General Average - Your overall average across all subjects
- Status - VALIDÉ (passed) or NON VALIDÉ (failed)
Understanding your status
Your academic status is determined by your general average:
- VALIDÉ (green text) - General average ≥ 10/20 - You have passed
- NON VALIDÉ (red text) - General average < 10/20 - You need to improve
How your average is calculated
Your general average is calculated as follows:- All your course grades are added together
- The sum is divided by the number of courses
- The result is rounded to 2 decimal places
- Mathematics: 15/20
- Physics: 12/20
- History: 14/20
- General Average: (15 + 12 + 14) ÷ 3 = 13.67/20 (VALIDÉ)
Your bulletin is updated in real-time. Whenever a teacher enters or updates a grade, your general average and status are automatically recalculated.

- Look for today’s day of the week
- Note the start times and subjects for today
- Prepare materials accordingly

If you want to know what grade you need in a remaining subject to achieve a target average:
- View your bulletin to see your current average
- Identify which grades are already entered
- Calculate:
(Target Average × Number of Courses) - Sum of Current Grades = Required Grade
- Target: 12/20 average
- 4 total courses
- Current grades: 14, 11, 13 (3 courses graded)
- Required in last course: (12 × 4) - (14 + 11 + 13) = 48 - 38 = 10/20
Print your bulletin for records

- Log in and click View Bulletin
- Review the information for accuracy
- Click Print Bulletin
- Use your browser’s print dialog:
- Print to physical printer, or
- Save as PDF for digital records
- Keep for your academic records or share with parents/guardians
Understanding the grading system
Grade scale
All grades are entered on a scale of 0 to 20:| Grade Range | Performance Level | Description |

| 0-7.99 | Insufficient | Significant gaps in understanding |
Passing requirements
To successfully complete the term:- Your general average must be 10/20 or higher
- This average is calculated across all enrolled courses
- Individual course grades may vary (some above, some below 10)
- The overall average determines your VALIDÉ/NON VALIDÉ status

Issue: A grade appears incorrect or unexpectedAction:
- Verify with your course materials and assessments
- Contact the subject teacher directly
- Teachers can update grades if there was an entry error
- Do not contact the administrator - they cannot modify grades

All student pages include navigation options:- Back to Dashboard button - Returns to the main student dashboard
- Logout button (top-right corner) - Safely logs you out of the system

Students have view-only access to their academic information. You cannot modify grades, enrollments, or timetables. Contact the appropriate staff member if changes are needed.
