Notra offers flexible pricing plans to match your team’s needs. Manage your subscription, payment methods, and usage from the Billing page.

Available Plans

Notra provides two main pricing tiers:

Free Plan

Perfect for hobbyists and individuals getting started. Includes:
  • Limited content generation
  • Basic integrations
  • Limited team members
  • Community support
  • Standard features access
Pricing: $0/month

Pro Plan

Designed for small teams with advanced needs. Includes:
  • Increased content generation limits
  • Priority AI processing
  • More team members
  • Advanced integrations
  • Email support
  • Custom brand voice
  • API access
  • Advanced automation features
Pricing:
  • Monthly: Billed monthly
  • Yearly: Billed annually (Save 20%)
Pro plans include a 3-day free trial. You won’t be charged until the trial period ends.

Managing Your Subscription

Viewing Current Plan

  1. Navigate to Billing from your workspace sidebar
  2. Your current plan is highlighted with a Current badge
  3. View included features and usage limits

Upgrading to Pro

Navigate to Billing

Go to Billing in your workspace.

Choose billing period

Toggle between Monthly and Yearly billing. Yearly saves 20%.

Start upgrade

Click Upgrade to Pro (or Start Free Trial if you’re eligible).

Complete checkout

You’ll be redirected to a secure checkout page to enter payment details.

Confirm subscription

Review the subscription details and confirm.
After upgrading, your new limits and features are available immediately.

Downgrading to Free

Downgrading may result in loss of access to Pro features and reduced usage limits. Content and data are preserved but may be read-only until within Free tier limits.
To downgrade:
  1. Navigate to Billing
  2. Click Downgrade to Free under the Free plan
  3. Review the changes that will take effect
  4. Confirm the downgrade
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You’ll retain Pro access until then.

Switching Between Monthly and Yearly

You can change your billing frequency:
  1. Navigate to Billing
  2. Click on your current Pro plan
  3. Select Update or change to yearly/monthly
  4. Confirm the change
Billing adjustments are prorated based on your current cycle.

Payment Management

Updating Payment Method

Payment details are managed through the secure checkout portal:
  1. Navigate to Billing
  2. Click on an invoice to open the hosted invoice page
  3. Use the payment portal to update your card information
Alternatively, updating your subscription automatically prompts for new payment details.

Payment Security

Notra uses industry-standard payment processing:
  • All transactions are encrypted
  • Payment details are securely stored by our payment provider
  • We never store full credit card numbers
  • PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure

Invoices

View and download all your invoices from the Billing page.

Viewing Invoices

  1. Navigate to Billing
  2. Click the Billing tab (if not already selected)
  3. Scroll to the Invoices section
Each invoice displays:
  • Date - When the invoice was created
  • Description - What the charge was for (e.g., Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly)
  • Amount - Total charged
  • Status - Payment status (Paid, Pending, Failed)

Downloading Invoices

Click on any invoice row to open the hosted invoice page where you can:
  • View full invoice details
  • Download a PDF copy
  • See itemized charges
  • Update payment method if needed
Invoices are sorted by date. Click the date column header to sort ascending or descending.

Usage Tracking

Monitor your feature usage to stay within plan limits and optimize your subscription.

Viewing Usage

  1. Navigate to Billing
  2. Click the Usage tab
  3. View current usage across all features
The Usage page shows:
  • Feature name
  • Current usage vs. limit
  • Usage period (resets monthly)
  • Progress bars for quick reference

Usage Limits by Plan

Different features have different limits based on your plan: Content Generation:
  • Free: Limited AI-generated content pieces per month
  • Pro: Higher limits for content generation
Team Members:
  • Free: Fewer team member seats
  • Pro: More team member seats
Integrations:
  • Free: Basic integrations
  • Pro: Advanced and custom integrations
API Calls:
  • Free: Limited API access
  • Pro: Higher rate limits
When you reach a usage limit, the affected feature will be restricted until:
  • Your usage resets (monthly)
  • You upgrade to a higher plan

Managing Usage

If you’re approaching or have hit a limit:
  1. Upgrade your plan - Get higher limits with Pro or contact sales for enterprise
  2. Wait for reset - Usage limits reset at the start of each billing period
  3. Optimize usage - Review your workflows to use features more efficiently
Usage tracking is updated in real-time, so you always know where you stand.

Billing FAQs

When you upgrade to Pro for the first time, you get a 3-day free trial. Your card is authorized but not charged. If you cancel during the trial, you won’t be charged. After 3 days, your subscription begins and you’ll be billed.
Yes, you can downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you’ll retain Pro access until then.
If a payment fails, we’ll retry the charge and notify you via email. If payment continues to fail, your account may be downgraded to Free after a grace period. Update your payment method as soon as possible to maintain access.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support with your invoice details and reason for the refund request.
Usage is tracked based on the features you use during your billing period. Each feature has its own counter (e.g., content pieces generated, API calls made). All usage resets at the start of your new billing period.
Yes! When you upgrade, you’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. Your new limits take effect immediately.
