- Monthly: Billed monthly
- Yearly: Billed annually (Save 20%)
Pro plans include a 3-day free trial. You won’t be charged until the trial period ends.
Managing Your Subscription
Viewing Current Plan
- Navigate to Billing from your workspace sidebar
- Your current plan is highlighted with a Current badge
- View included features and usage limits
Upgrading to Pro
After upgrading, your new limits and features are available immediately.
Downgrading to Free
To downgrade:- Navigate to Billing
- Click Downgrade to Free under the Free plan
- Review the changes that will take effect
- Confirm the downgrade
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You’ll retain Pro access until then.
Switching Between Monthly and Yearly
You can change your billing frequency:- Navigate to Billing
- Click on your current Pro plan
- Select Update or change to yearly/monthly
- Confirm the change
Payment Management
Updating Payment Method
Payment details are managed through the secure checkout portal:- Navigate to Billing
- Click on an invoice to open the hosted invoice page
- Use the payment portal to update your card information

- Payment details are securely stored by our payment provider
- We never store full credit card numbers

Invoices
View and download all your invoices from the Billing page.Viewing Invoices
- Navigate to Billing
- Click the Billing tab (if not already selected)
- Scroll to the Invoices section
- Date - When the invoice was created
- Description - What the charge was for (e.g., Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly)
- Amount - Total charged
- Status - Payment status (Paid, Pending, Failed)
Downloading Invoices
Click on any invoice row to open the hosted invoice page where you can:- View full invoice details
- Download a PDF copy
- See itemized charges
- Update payment method if needed

- Click the Usage tab
- View current usage across all features
- Feature name
- Current usage vs. limit

If you’re approaching or have hit a limit:- Upgrade your plan - Get higher limits with Pro or contact sales for enterprise
- Wait for reset - Usage limits reset at the start of each billing period
- Optimize usage - Review your workflows to use features more efficiently

When you upgrade to Pro for the first time, you get a 3-day free trial. Your card is authorized but not charged. If you cancel during the trial, you won’t be charged. After 3 days, your subscription begins and you’ll be billed.

Yes, you can downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you’ll retain Pro access until then.

If a payment fails, we’ll retry the charge and notify you via email. If payment continues to fail, your account may be downgraded to Free after a grace period. Update your payment method as soon as possible to maintain access.

Usage is tracked based on the features you use during your billing period. Each feature has its own counter (e.g., content pieces generated, API calls made). All usage resets at the start of your new billing period.
