The VENUE_MANAGER role is assigned to users who register as venue managers on ECHO. This role unlocks venue registration, event creation, and venue review management.
What you can do
Register your venue
A venue on ECHO is a fully described physical space. When you register a venue, you provide the details that artists and visitors need to understand and find your space:| Field | Description |

Create and manage events
Events are linked to your registered venue and represent specific programming — exhibitions, performances, concerts, screenings, or any cultural gathering. Each event includes:| Field | Description |

Receive venue reviews
Visitors and artists who engage with your venue can leave reviews specific to the venue experience. These are separate from order reviews and reflect the quality of your space and events:- Score — a rating from 1 to 5
- Comment — written feedback on the venue or event experience
Venue reviews are distinct from the reviews buyers leave on creator orders. They reflect the experience of attending or performing at your physical space.
Connect with creators
By publishing events on ECHO, your venue becomes discoverable to the community of content creators on the platform. Creators can see your event details — including dates, description, and category — and apply to participate.
