Overview

Hive provides a built-in contact system to help you reach your organization’s administrator when you need assistance. The contact feature is accessible from the sidebar navigation and displays the administrator’s contact information.

Accessing Support

Open the Contact page

Click Contacto in the sidebar navigation to access the contact screen.

View contact information

You’ll see the administrator’s details including:
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Office address

Get in touch

Use the provided contact information to reach out via phone, email, or in person.

Contact Modal (Quick Access)

For quick access to contact information, especially when not logged in:
  1. Click the Contactar al administrador button in the top navigation
  2. A modal will appear with the administrator’s contact details
  3. Click outside the modal or press the X button to close it
The contact modal is primarily designed for users who need help before logging in or when they don’t have full access to the application.

Administrator Contact Details

The contact page displays the following information:

Phone

Direct phone number for immediate assistance

Email

Email address for detailed inquiries and support requests

Office Location

Physical office address for in-person visits

Sending an Email

Click the Enviar correo button on the contact page to open your default email client with:
  • Pre-filled recipient (administrator’s email)
  • Subject line: “Contacto - Hive”
This makes it easy to send a properly formatted support request.

When to Contact Support

Contact your administrator for:
  • Technical issues - Login problems, access errors, or system bugs
  • Account management - Password resets, permission requests, or role changes
  • Feature requests - Suggestions for new functionality or improvements
  • Training - Questions about how to use specific features
  • Administrative tasks - User management, project setup, or organization settings

Contact Information Updates

The contact information displayed in Hive is configured by your organization’s administrator. If you notice outdated or incorrect contact details, inform your IT team or the current administrator. The system stores contact information that includes:
