The Assigned Vehicle screen gives you a live view of your vehicle’s maintenance state. When mandatory maintenance is overdue, you must record a completion before you can submit a new inspection.

Reading the maintenance summary

The Mantenimiento card on the Assigned Vehicle screen shows the following information:
FieldWhat it means
Obligatorio proximoThe date and odometer reading at which the next mandatory maintenance is due.
RestantesDistance remaining until mandatory maintenance is due, in the vehicle’s configured unit (km or mi).
IntervaloThe mandatory maintenance interval configured for this vehicle (default: 5 000 units).
EstadoAl dia when maintenance is current; highlighted as Requiere atencion when overdue.
Below the mandatory status, each preventive maintenance type is listed with its name and next due date.
Odometer values are shown in the unit configured on the vehicle — either km or mi. The unit is displayed next to every mileage figure on the screen.

Mandatory vs. preventive maintenance

Mandatory maintenance is a single interval-based record tied to the vehicle’s odometer. It becomes overdue when either the due date passes or the current mileage (from the latest inspection) reaches the next due mileage. When it requires attention, it blocks new inspections. Preventive maintenance is a set of scheduled maintenance types (for example, oil check) assigned by an administrator. Each entry shows the last date it was performed and when it is next due. Preventive maintenance does not block inspections on the mobile app — it is informational for the technician.
If the Estado field reads Requiere atencion, you cannot submit an inspection until you record a mandatory maintenance completion.

Completing mandatory maintenance

1

Open the maintenance form

On the Assigned Vehicle screen, tap Registrar mantenimiento obligatorio. The form expands inline below the maintenance summary.
2

Select the completion date

Tap the date field or Calendario to open the calendar picker. Select the date on which the maintenance was performed. The calendar allows dates from up to 7 days in the past through today. Dates older than 7 days are disabled. The date is displayed as DD-MM-YYYY.
3

Enter the current mileage

Type the vehicle’s odometer reading at the time of maintenance. The field accepts whole numbers only and shows the vehicle’s unit (km or mi) as a placeholder.
4

Add notes (optional)

Use the Acciones adicionales field to record any observations about the service — for example, parts replaced or issues found. This field is optional.
5

Submit

Tap Confirmar mantenimiento. The app sends the completion date, mileage, and notes to the server.
After a successful submission, the form collapses and the maintenance summary refreshes. The server recalculates the next due mileage by adding the vehicle’s configured maintenance interval to the mileage you entered.
You can record a mandatory maintenance completion even when the vehicle is not currently overdue — for example, if you completed an early service. The form is available at any time; the server will still update the next due interval based on the mileage you provide.

After completing maintenance

Once the maintenance is recorded:
  • The Estado field updates to Al dia.
  • The Restantes counter resets based on the new next due mileage.
  • The Crear inspeccion button becomes functional again and you can proceed with a new inspection.
Tap Actualizar at any time to manually refresh the maintenance data from the server.
