Anchor’s notes system provides a flexible and intuitive way to capture and organize your thoughts. Notes support rich text formatting, can be pinned for quick access, archived for later reference, and moved to trash when no longer needed.

Notes are saved automatically as you type. All changes work offline and sync across devices when you’re back online.

Editing Notes

  • Click to edit - Select any note to open the editor
  • Edit anywhere - Changes work offline and sync automatically
  • Real-time updates - When online, your edits sync across all your devices
  • Shared notes - Users with editor permissions can modify note content, tags, and formatting
The note’s timestamp updates automatically when you make changes, helping you track recent activity.

Pinning Notes

Pin important notes to keep them at the top of your list:
  1. Open the note you want to pin
  2. Click the pin icon in the note toolbar
  3. Pinned notes appear first in your notes list
Pinned notes are sorted by their last update time, so recently edited pinned notes appear before older ones.

Quick Access

Pinned notes stay at the top of your list for easy access to frequently used content

Multiple Pins

Pin as many notes as you need - they all appear before unpinned notes

Archiving Notes

Archive notes you want to keep but don’t need in your active workspace:
1
