The hacker dashboard is your central hub for managing your DeltaHacks experience. What you see depends on your application status.

Dashboard Views by Status

Your dashboard displays different content based on your current application status:

IN_REVIEW

After submitting your application:
  • Confirmation message that your application was received
  • Reminder to check email for updates
  • Information about prep events on social media
  • Link to FAQ page
  • Contact email: [email protected]
While applications are open, you previously had the option to withdraw and resubmit. This option is removed once applications close.

ACCEPTED

When you’ve been accepted:
  • Congratulations message with event details
  • RSVP Button - Click to confirm attendance
  • Event date: January 10-11, 2026
  • FAQ link
  • Contact information

RSVP Process

Clicking the RSVP button opens a modal where you can:

Share resume with sponsors

Check the box if you want to share your resume with event sponsors for recruiting opportunities.

Provide dietary restrictions

Enter any dietary restrictions or allergies in the text field (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut allergy).

Confirm RSVP

Click Confirm to complete your RSVP, or Cancel to close the modal.
After confirming, your status changes to RSVP.

WAITLISTED

  • Message explaining waitlist status
  • Encouragement to check email for updates
  • FAQ link
  • Contact information

REJECTED

  • Thank you message for applying
  • Explanation that we couldn’t accommodate all applicants
  • Encouragement to apply next year
  • FAQ link
  • Contact information

RSVP (Confirmed Attendance)

After RSVPing, you get access to: Quick Links:
  • Check-In QR Code - Rainbow-bordered button (primary action)
  • FAQ - Frequently asked questions
  • Discord - Join the community server
  • Schedule - View event schedule
  • Attendee Package - Important event information
You’ll receive the Attendee Package in your email with important information about registration, venue location, and event details.

CHECKED_IN (At Event)

Once checked in at the event: WiFi Information:
  • Network name and password displayed
  • QR code for easy WiFi connection (desktop view in sidebar)
  • Mobile view shows WiFi info in a card at the top
Dashboard Actions:
  • Schedule - View full event schedule
  • My Profile - Access your QR code and profile
  • Attendee Package - Event information and resources

Profile Management

From the dashboard, you can access your profile which includes:
  • Your name and education details
  • QR code for event check-in and meal redemption
  • Apple Wallet and Google Wallet integration
  • Social media links (if provided)

Schedule Access

The Schedule page shows:
  • Event timeline and activities
  • Workshop times and locations
  • Meal times
  • Judging presentation slots
  • Other important event milestones
The dashboard includes navigation tabs:
  • Dashboard - Main status and information page
  • Schedule - Event timeline and activities
Judges see different dashboard content and are automatically redirected to the judging interface.
