The dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in. It gives you a complete picture of your training history — how many sessions you have completed, how many steps you have accumulated, which days you trained, and how your lifting volume has changed over time. All statistics on the dashboard update automatically each time you finish a workout by tapping Finalizar.

Stats overview

Total workouts

The total number of workout sessions you have completed and saved in KERN.

Total steps

The cumulative step count recorded by your phone’s sensor across all sessions.

Training days

A calendar view of every day you completed at least one workout session.

The volume chart

The volume chart is a line graph that plots your total volume per session over time. Each point on the line represents one completed workout. Total volume is calculated as:
total volume = sum of (weight × reps) for every completed set in the session
For example, if you complete 3 sets of bench press at 60 kg × 10 reps each, those sets contribute 1,800 kg to that session’s volume. Add up every exercise in the session and you get the total.
The chart is powered by MPAndroidChart. If you have no completed sessions yet, the chart will be empty until you finish your first workout.

Reading the chart

What you seeWhat it means
A rising trendYou are progressively overloading — lifting more total volume over time
A flat lineVolume is consistent; consider increasing weight or reps
A dipNormal — can reflect a deload, fewer exercises, or lower weights on a given day

Starting today’s workout

Tap the Rendimiento button on the dashboard to open your routine and begin your active workout session.
Check the volume chart before each session to see how last week compared to the week before. A consistent upward trend is the clearest sign your training is working.
