All plans include end-to-end encryption and complete data privacy. Your documents are private to your account regardless of which plan you are on.

Check your current plan

Your active plan is visible in the Profile or Settings panel of the dashboard. The panel shows:
  • Your current plan name (Free, Pro, or Enterprise)
  • How many documents you have uploaded against your limit
  • How much storage you have used against your limit

Upgrade your plan

Open Settings

Click your profile icon in the dashboard and open the Settings panel.

Go to the Plans section

Navigate to the Plans or Billing section within Settings.

Choose a plan

Select Pro to upgrade to $9.99 / month, or click Contact Sales to discuss Enterprise pricing for your team.

Complete checkout

Follow the checkout steps. Your new plan limits take effect immediately after payment is confirmed.

What happens when you reach your limit

Document limit

When you have reached the maximum number of documents for your plan, uploading additional files will be blocked. The upload button will remain visible, but attempting to upload will display a limit warning directing you to upgrade.
The Free plan allows a maximum of 10 documents. The Pro plan allows 500 documents. If you need to upload more files without upgrading, delete existing documents to free up capacity.

Storage limit

Storage is measured by the total size of all files you have uploaded. When your cumulative file size reaches the plan limit, further uploads are rejected until you either delete files or upgrade to a plan with more storage.

Deleting documents to free capacity

You can delete any document from the Document Library view. Deleting a document removes the file from storage, removes its vector embeddings from the search index, and immediately frees up both document count and storage towards your plan limits.
Deleted documents cannot be recovered. If you may need a file again, download it before deleting it from Prism.
