What Prism does

Prism connects three powerful AI technologies into a single, seamless workflow:
  • Qdrant vector database stores 768-dimensional embeddings of every chunk of your content
  • Google Gemini generates embeddings, answers questions, and describes images
  • Appwrite manages your account, files, and authentication securely
When you upload a file, Prism processes it into semantic chunks, generates embeddings, and indexes them — so every search and chat response is grounded in your actual content.

Getting started

1

Create your account

Sign up at Prism using email/password or Google OAuth. New accounts start on the Free plan with 5 GB storage and up to 10 documents.
2

Upload your first file

Go to Upload in the dashboard and drag in a PDF, Word document, image, or code file. Prism automatically extracts text, generates embeddings, and indexes your content.
3

Search and chat

Use Semantic Search to find content by meaning, or open AI Chat to ask questions. Prism cites the exact documents it draws from in every answer.
4

Explore connections

Visit Insights to see your document relationships on an interactive vector graph — discovering thematic clusters you didn’t know existed.
Prism was built for students, researchers, and knowledge workers who need to quickly find and reason over large personal document collections.
