Overview
The Dashboard displays:- Key Performance Indicators: Total collected volume, active clients, tickets issued, and total dispatched
- Visual Analytics: Area charts showing collection trends over time with entry and exit volumes
- Recent Activity: Last five tickets created for quick access
- Filter System: Advanced filtering by date ranges, months, years, and generators
- Report Generation: Automatic creation of collection confirmation reports (Actas)
Key Metrics
The dashboard displays four main statistics cards:Total Collected
Total liters collected across all active generators, with percentage growth trend
Active Clients
Number of generators (clients) currently registered in the system
Tickets Issued
Total count of collection tickets created
Total Dispatched
Total liters dispatched to processing facilities (shown when no generator filter is applied)
Collection Center Selection
At the top of the dashboard, select your active collection center:- Changes the active center for all operations
- Filters data to show only information relevant to that center
- Automatically updates available generators for that location
- Required before creating new tickets
Changing the collection center will clear your current generator filters and reload the dashboard data.
Filtering Data
The dashboard provides multiple filter options:Date Range Filters
- From/To Dates: Specify exact date ranges for analysis
- Month/Year: Quick selection for monthly reports
- Generator: Filter by specific client(s) to view their collection history
Generator Multi-Select
- Search generators by name
- Select multiple generators to compare data
- Shows “Todos” (All) when no filter is applied
- Displays count badge when multiple generators selected
Volume Chart
The area chart visualizes collection trends:- Green Line (Entrada): Liters collected from generators
- Orange Line (Salida): Liters dispatched to processing facilities
- X-Axis: Date progression
- Y-Axis: Volume in liters
Recent Tickets Widget
Displays the last 5 tickets created:- Ticket number and date
- Generator name
- Quantity collected
- Quick access to print view
Generating Collection Reports (Actas)
The dashboard includes a powerful report generator for creating official collection confirmation documents:Select Single Generator
Choose exactly ONE generator from the filter dropdown. The “Generar acta” button is only enabled when a single generator is selected.
Report Contents
The generated “Acta de Confirmación de Servicio” includes:- Generator Details: Business name, RIF, collection mode
- Period: Month/year or custom date range
- Volume Summary: Total liters collected with ticket numbers
- Collection Frequency: Checkboxes for Semanal, Quincenal, Mensual, Fortuito, Otro
- Compliance Declaration: Legal text confirming material origin and handling permits
- Signature Blocks: For both generator representative and Alternativa Verde 2023
Reports are generated with the company logo and automatically formatted for printing. The document includes MINEC permit information and legal compliance text.
Quick Actions
- Nuevo Ticket Button: Green button in top-right corner to create a new collection ticket
- Clear Filters: Reset all filters to view complete dataset
- Print Access: Click any recent ticket to view and print details
