Overview
The Home Dashboard is the entry point to the BCGW analytics platform. It gives staff a bird’s-eye view of activity across all four integrated services — Jane, Acuity, Booqable, and Squarespace — without having to navigate into each individual dashboard.Stats Carousel

Service Cards
Below the carousel, four service cards link directly to each dashboard. Each card shows the service name, service type, and a brief description of what data it surfaces.Jane
Client Management System — View aggregated client visits by visit type (home, office, telehealth) and retention rate. Filter by clinician and client status.
Acuity
Appointment Scheduling System — View most-attended classes, broken down by instructor, trimester, and class category.
Booqable
Equipment Rental Management — Track inventory levels, overdue items, and rental duration statistics by item type.
Client Journey
Client Journey Analytics — View a complete history of a client’s interactions across rentals, appointments, classes, and purchases.
