Follow these steps to create your account, add a vehicle, and log your first trip on KilomeTracker.

Create your account

Go to kilometracker.vercel.app/register and fill out the registration form:

Click Register to create your account. You’ll be redirected to the login page.

Log in

Enter your email and password on the login page. After a successful login, you’re redirected to the vehicle dashboard.
If you were invited by an admin, your account may already be created. Use the email and password provided to you.

Add your first vehicle

From the dashboard, click Add Vehicle and fill out the form:

Click Save. Your vehicle appears on the dashboard.
Choose an alias that is short, lowercase, and memorable. It becomes part of the URL for all vehicle-related pages (e.g., /vehicle-stats/my-car).

Log your first route

Navigate to Add Route in the sidebar and fill out the form:

Click Save. KilomeTracker immediately updates the vehicle’s total mileage (kilometrajeTotal).

Log your first refuel

Navigate to Add Refuel and fill out the form:

Click Save. Once you have enough refuels logged, visit the fuel analysis page to see your km/liter and km/gallon efficiency metrics.
Gallons (galones) is optional, but without it KilomeTracker cannot calculate fuel efficiency metrics like km/liter or cost/km.

View your vehicle dashboard and stats

Return to the Dashboard to see your vehicle card with updated mileage. Click the Stats button on your vehicle card to open the full statistics page, which shows:
  • Total routes, refuels, maintenance records, and expenses
  • Cost breakdown by category (fuel, maintenance, other)
  • Fuel efficiency metrics (km/liter, km/gallon, cost/km)
  • Total cost of ownership
KilomeTracker is mobile-first — the experience is optimized for smartphones. Filters open in a bottom sheet, and history pages show cards on mobile and tables on desktop.
