Before adding any motions, you need to set up the country roster for your committee. Every motion requires a proposing country, and that country must already be in the roster before it appears in the dropdown. Taking a few minutes to add all your committee’s delegations at the start of a session will keep things running smoothly once debate begins.Documentation Index

Adding a Custom Country
If your committee uses a delegation that isn’t in the built-in list — such as a regional bloc, a non-UN observer, a historical state, or a fictional nation for a specialized committee — you can add any name you like.- In the Add Countries dialog, locate the Custom Country Name text field.
- Type the name of the country or entity you want to add.
- Click Add Custom Country.
Available Regions
The built-in country list covers every major world region:- Asia — including the Middle East and Central Asia
- Europe — including all EU member states, the Balkans, and microstates
- Africa — all 54 African Union member states and territories
- Australia (Oceania) — Australia, New Zealand, and Pacific island nations
- North America — Canada, the United States, Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean
- Antarctica — Antarctic territories and sub-Antarctic islands
