The AI Assistant is an add-on feature and must be requested before it becomes available in your account. Contact support or your account manager to enable it.
Getting Started
Open a new competition
Navigate to the competition creation form as you normally would. Once the form loads, look to the top right of the page — you will see the AI Assistant panel.
Open the chat
Click Open Chat to expand the AI Assistant chat box. The assistant is now ready to receive your instructions.
Generate the competition
Type a prompt describing the competition you want to create. The more detail you provide, the better the result. The assistant will populate the competition fields automatically based on your description.
Generating Images
The AI Assistant can also generate a featured image for your competition — no separate tool or upload required. Simply ask the assistant to generate an image in the chat box, and make sure your prompt is descriptive enough. Mention the style, theme, colours, and any specific visual elements you want included. Once generated, the image is automatically set as the featured image for the competition, ready for you to review before saving.Adding Instant Wins
You can also use the same chat box to quickly populate instant-win prizes — even without generating a full competition. Type a message describing the instant wins you want to add, and the assistant will immediately insert them into the instant-win prize boxes on the form. Example prompt:Instant wins added via the AI Assistant are placed directly into the form fields, so you can still review and edit individual entries before saving.
