The Platform Dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in to the admin panel, and it acts as the central hub for monitoring your competition site’s performance and staying on top of the latest platform improvements. From a single screen you can check revenue figures, review your site’s health status, and act on notifications — all without digging through multiple menus.

When you land on the Dashboard you’ll see a summary of the key metrics your site is generating, including:
  • Revenue — an at-a-glance view of sales performance.
  • Health status — indicators that flag any issues or items that need your attention.
  • Updates & notifications — alerts about new features and available add-ons delivered with each monthly release.
The platform is updated automatically every month. New features and improvements are delivered to your dashboard without any action required on your part.

Updates page

Clicking View all updates from the dashboard takes you to the dedicated Updates page. This is where you manage the add-ons and feature requests available to your plan.

Enabling add-ons

From the Updates page you can turn on optional security and engagement features:

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Add an extra layer of protection to admin accounts. Enabling 2FA requires a one-time code at login, reducing the risk of unauthorised access.

Bot Puzzles

Present automated-traffic challenges to prevent bots from purchasing tickets in bulk, keeping your competitions fair for genuine customers.

Requesting feature upgrades

If there is functionality you’d like on your site that isn’t currently active, the Updates page also provides a way to request upgrades. Submit your request directly from this page and the team will review it.
Check the Updates page after each monthly release to see what new add-ons or improvements have become available for your plan.

Embedded documentation

You’ll also find this documentation embedded directly on the Features page inside the admin panel. If you ever need a quick reminder of how a feature works while you’re in the middle of setting something up, you don’t need to leave the dashboard — the relevant guides are available right there.
